Welcome to SpotidSync. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What SpotidSync Does

SpotidSync is a service that helps you transfer and synchronize your music playlists between Spotify and Tidal. We act as a bridge between these platforms using their official APIs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SpotidSync. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

3. Your Accounts

To use SpotidSync, you need to:

Create a SpotidSync account with a valid email address
Connect your Spotify and/or Tidal accounts through their official login systems
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use SpotidSync for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass any usage limits or security measures
Share your account with others
Use automated scripts or bots to access our service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
Resell or redistribute our service

5. Service Plans & Payments

Free Plan: Limited to 8 playlists and 1,000 tracks per sync.

One-Time Purchase ($4.99): Unlimited playlists and tracks, one-time payment, no subscription.

Premium Plan ($6.69/month): Unlimited everything plus automatic daily sync and bi-directional sync.

Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. All prices are in USD.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

More than 75% of tracks consistently fail to sync due to service errors for more than 3 business days
The service experiences repeated outages preventing sync completion for more than 3 business days
A critical bug prevents core functionality from working for more than 3 business days

Refunds are NOT available for:

Change of mind or lack of use
Tracks unavailable on the destination platform (Spotify/Tidal catalog differences)
Issues caused by your Spotify or Tidal account (expired credentials, API limits)
User error or misunderstanding of features
Service interruption or discontinuation due to Spotify or Tidal revoking, restricting, or modifying API access to third-party applications
Changes to Spotify or Tidal's API terms, policies, or availability that affect our ability to provide the service

6. Third-Party Services & API Dependency

SpotidSync integrates with Spotify and Tidal. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service:

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify or Tidal.

Important: SpotidSync relies entirely on API access provided by Spotify and Tidal. These platforms may modify, restrict, or revoke API access to third-party applications at any time, at their sole discretion, without notice. Such actions are outside our control and may result in service interruption or discontinuation.

7. Limitations & Disclaimer

SpotidSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to ensure reliable service, but:

We cannot guarantee 100% track matching (some songs may not be available on both platforms)
Service availability depends on Spotify and Tidal APIs, which are outside our control
We are not responsible for any changes or issues with your Spotify or Tidal accounts
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We may need to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the service if Spotify or Tidal changes their API policies, revokes our API access, or otherwise restricts third-party integrations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous service availability

8. Account Termination

You can stop using SpotidSync at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of SpotidSync after changes means you accept the new terms.
