What happens to tracks that can't be found?

We use ISRC matching first (95% accuracy), then fuzzy name matching. Any tracks we can't find are logged so you can manually add them later. You'll see a complete report after each sync.
Will my playlist order be preserved?

Yes! We carefully preserve the exact order of your songs. Tracks are added in the correct sequence so your newest songs appear at the top, just like they do on the source platform.
How long does syncing take?

It depends on your library size. We process about 300-400 tracks per minute while respecting rate limits. A 1,000 track library typically takes 3-5 minutes.
Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use official OAuth for both Spotify and Tidal. We never see or store your passwords. Access tokens are encrypted and you can revoke access anytime from your Spotify or Tidal settings.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll revert to the Free plan with 1,000 track limit.
Do you support playlists?

Yes! The One-Time and Premium plans include playlist syncing. We'll create matching playlists on the destination platform with all the tracks we can match.
